Refund Policy for Nodelx Communication

At Nodelx Communication, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it under the following conditions:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Time Frame: You have 10 days from the date of purchase to request a return
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return. These may include perishable goods, customized products, or items that have been clearly marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account again, and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. 3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@nodelx.com and send the item to [Your Physical Address].

4. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or we made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Returns: If the item is lost or damaged during return shipping, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item, and it may affect your eligibility for a refund.
